How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We try and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) for your order to be shipped, but generally it will be quicker!

What if I need my order by a certain date?

If you are ordering for a special occasion and need your order shipped to you sooner, send us an email with your order number at betsyandbirdgifts@gmail.com and we will prioritise your order if we can.   

What shipping options do I have? 

We ship all orders by Royal Mail Second Class Postage. To keep shipping costs down, we don't offer a tracked service at the moment. 

How much will delivery cost? 

Delivery to the UK starts from just £2 and is calculated on the contents of your basket. 

I live outside of the UK. Can I order from you?

At the moment no - but we are working on it and hope to be able to ship internationally soon!

I've ordered twice, can I combine my orders?

Firstly, thank for ordering! If you would like to combine your orders please email betsyandbirdgifts@gmail.com as soon as possible. If we catch your email in time, then we are more than happy to combine your orders and refund one lot of postage. However, please bear in mind this isn't always possible. 

My order has arrived and is wrong/arrived damaged

Please email betsyandbirdgifts@gmail.com asap after receiving your order with photo evidence. We unfortunately won't be able to rectify the issue without pictures.

How do I return my order? 

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged. For anything other returns, please email us at betsyandbirdgifts@gmail.com and we will get back to you within two working days. You can return all other products except for earrings within 14 days of purchase as long as they are unused and in the original packaging.
